How much do you charge for standard shipping?

At standard priority postal shipping with a small material & handling fee. For more exact fees please look at the specific item(s) page. This will also be calculated automatically in your shopping cart. Be aware that when buying multiple items you will receive a shipping discount. You can see this savings in your shopping cart when you checkout.


How do you protect your goods during shipping?

We pride ourselves in individually hand wrapping each and every item. Depending on the material & type of goods we will use the appropriate protective packing material to avoid any foreseeable transit miss-handling that may occur. We use bubble-wrap, foam peanuts, thick plastic, cardboard, protective packaging, and or newspaper for packaging.


Does Eva Simone Tyler charge for tax?

We do for the state of Tennessee's sales tax

How soon can I receive my goods?



We need about 2-3 working days to process the order after receiving the full payment.
Our standard delivery method is through USPS Priority Mail, which takes up to 3 to 4 working days for you to receive your goods. Priority mail advertises 2 to 3 days but we have found 30% of our parcels arrive on the 4th day. Please take note of that extra day of transit.

Can I exchange items?

If you wish to exchange an item, notify us Via e-mail of your intentions and request the an RA#. Once you receive your RA# simply send the item back to us as new, preferably in its original packaging. If the price of the new item is higher than the original item you returned, you will use the RA# as a gift certificate when selecting and purchasing the replacement. Please contact our staff prior to returning the gift for exchange and they will be happy to walk you through this process. 

What if my package is damaged or has a manufacturing defect?

All products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to their destination. In the rare event that you encounter goods that are damaged,  please contact our staff for assistance to receive a RA#. Keep in mind Eva Simone Tyler will accept any return no questions asked if the customer Identifies the problem with in 7 days of receiving the Item(s)

Who pays for shipping or the return of items to Eva Simone Tyler?

The Customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to Eva Simone Tyler, however we will be responsible for the shipping charges back to the customer after receiving returned item(s).
If the returns are caused by an incorrect shipping address given or unsuccessful delivery due to an absence, the customer will pay for the additional shipping fees.


Can I return the goods for a refund?

Keep in mind Eva Simone Tyler will accept any return no questions asked if the customer identifies the problem with in 7 days of receiving the Item(s)
In this unfortunate event for refund, we will issue you with an immediate full refund of the value of your returned goods less a 15% re-stocking fee. This will be refunded in the same manor as the payment was received. The shipping fee cannot be refunded.
 
In the event a customer wishes to return an item after 7 days an in-store credit (or gift certificate) will be issued.


How do I cancel an order?

An order can be canceled at any time prior to the goods being shipped out. Upon shipment of the goods we will not be able to process your cancellation, you must at this time request a RA# and conduct a return.


How do I track my order?

After placing an order we will notify you within 3-4 business days via e-mail of it being shipped (please ensure that your details are included in your order request). Please keep a record of your order number for future reference. Your item will be sent USPS Priority Mail and is assigned a tracking number this number will be issued to you in the order confirmation e-mail and can be tracked through the USPS site.
