How do I track my order?
After placing an order we will notify you within 3-4 business days via e-mail of it being shipped (please ensure that your details are included in your order request). Please keep a record of your order number for future reference. Your item will be sent USPS Priority Mail and is assigned a tracking number this number will be issued to you in the order confirmation e-mail.
How to pay by Credit Card?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Am-Ex, Discover, and PayPal through our PayPal on-line payment processing gateway company. Each transaction takes place in a secure environment, and we do not disclose any of the card details or personal information. PayPal is secure and has a highly effective fraud and protection team.

We do accept money orders & personal checks?
Unfortunately due to the length of time required for us to collect payment, which may take up to 2-3 weeks. This will cause a delay in shipping. The funds will be verified and then the item(s) will be shipped.
How soon can I receive my goods?
We need about 2-3 working days to process the order after receiving the full payment. Our standard delivery method is through USPS Priority Mail, which takes up to 3 to 4 working days for you to receive your goods. Priority mail advertises 2 to 3 days but we have found 30% of our parcels arrive on the 4th day. Please take note of that extra day of transit.
